I’m from out of state and had a semi run me off the road and into a fence damaging my Tacoma. I brought it to Lloyds to make sure the internals were sound and they took care of me and were beyond accommodating. I would drive the 11 hours back to buy a vehicle from them any day.

If I could leave a zero star review I would, lazy techs and horrible customer service. Brought my truck in for a fuel problem and it sat for over 5 hours. Walk into the shop and two techs are sitting on their phones but they were “busy” after being told it would be looked at and done by 12:30 after dropping it off at 10:30. Lazy, rude, and zero help. Take your business elsewhere.

If I could leave a 0 star review I absolutely would. I work at a Toyota dealer in Washington and I have never heard of a worse customer experience than from my college student brother. My brother has been trying to be seen by the Toyota service department since JUNE 20TH. We have called over 20 times for service left over 15 voicemails, with no return messages and when we do speak to a human we’re told that we can’t be seen or spoken to in a few days. This is the worst service department or BDC I have ever ever ever spoken to. Stay away from this service department, the service manager needs to get the department figured out this is embarrassing as a fellow Toyota employee.

I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was buying a car from Lloyd’s Toyota in Jamestown. If you are in the market for a new car, Scott Krein will make you a fair deal without trying to fleece you with hidden fees and ridiculous sales tactics.

Bought an accessible van for my disabled wife. Lloyds went to Chicago and drove it back. Nice! Paid $47000 for it. Did not have to pay taxes. Nice! Got $1000 back as rebate for its accessibility. Nice. Wife passed 2 mo later. Did not need the van. Lloyd's listed the van on their web. Nice. Lloyds called other dealers to see if they were interested in the van. One offer for $28000. Not so nice. Here is the thing that bugs me. Lloyds did not even make an offer. Not nice. Wonder how Toyota divided up the $19000? If they won't regulate themselves, maybe there IS a place for government.

Lloyds has earned a great deal of respect for years of consistently great service. I purchased my car woth no hassle, no pushy salesmen. I did my research, asked questions, and had a smooth purchase. I love my car and have had 0 issues with it. If I did have issues, I was told to get in touch and Troy would take care of it. My next vehicle will come crom Lloyds!

I stopped in at Lloyd's to look at vehicles. We did a test drive. In about 30 minutes, I bought a 2021Toyota Venza LIMITED Hybrid. Paperwork was done in that little time. It is by far the best vehicle I have owned. It is such a smooth drive, you can barely hear the motor. Great service by Bob and Scott. It was 10+. Thanks very much.

I searched for awhile for a vehicle and I found it here at Lloyd’s. Not only did they have what I wanted but, I also got it 2k cheaper than anywhere around me. Great deals with great people. I’d recommend this dealer to anyone. They even delivered to me being in South Dakota as a military member with a charge but, it was reasonable and fair. Without a doubt, a good place to get a vehicle.

Inquired about a vehicle and they were quick to respond. Sent them a reply email with a couple more questions as I was going to run out there (100 miles) to look at the vehicle and possibly purchase it and still have not heard back from them. I just checked their website again and I am thinking it has been sold as it is not on their website any more. I would think that they would have the decency to respond back to my questions and at least let me know it was sold.

Absolutely terrible treatment. Was traveling through and needed a simple tire balance and rotation. I have a Toyota so I found the nearest Toyota dealer. Walked into the service department, which was poorly labeled in the middle of their garage. I finally found the service desk and waited for about 5 minutes with people walking by and mechanics staring at me while I waited. Finally an older gentleman begrudgingly set his broom down to come ask what I needed. I told him I needed a simple tire balance and rotation. He sighed and told me I just don’t have time for that. I can’t get to you for at least 2 days. He seemed upset I would come in and ask a service department for service. I then asked if he could recommend a shop I could have it done at since I didn’t know the area. He just shrugged and said, “I don’t know, try a tire shop” while he pointed somewhere outside. I have never seen such terrible treatment of a Toyota customer at a Toyota dealer. I would never ever shop here and I recommend you pass this dealer as well.

Went to get a diagnostic for a problem on my Toyota Camry. This was my first time there, so I was very skeptical of how I would be treated. The quote that I received for a replacement part was 2x the price it would have been somewhere else. I was not real satisfied with the service I received.
