We had an unexpected repair come up a few days before the 4th of July weekend, and every rental car in Jamestown was booked solid. The Toyota dealership went above and beyond by offering us a loaner car for a few days while our repair was being done at Klein’s Collision Center next door (a whole different story for another review). They didn’t have to do that, but their kindness and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely puts customers first—thank you for stepping up when we needed it most!

Great experience there. Randy was very accommodating with staying a bit late to wait for me to arrive. Scott was also very helpful and enjoyable to make a deal with. I got a great deal on a car that I really liked and was in/out of the dealership within 30-45 mins. Extremely easy process and would absolutely buy from them again.
